We know that arriving without stress makes all the difference.

There is free parking in the street and around the clinic, particularly in Travessa das Zebras.

Public transport

  • Buses:
    Line 729 - Stop Calçada da Ajuda (about a 2-minute walk away)

  • Train:
    Cascais line - Cais do Sodré
    Stop Bethlehem (approx. 5 minutes on foot)

  • Electrical:

What to expect at your first appointment

The first consultation is, above all, a time for listening, assessment and care.

For that day, we only ordered:

  • Comfortable clothes
  • Relevant examinations or reports, if you have them
  • Willingness to tell us your story calmly

It is not compulsory to bring tests.

The assessment is always personalised.

Do I have insurance or an agreement (ADSE, ADM, SAMS, etc.) that I can use for my treatments?

The OsteoSalvador clinic operates on a free basis. 

This means that you don't get a direct discount, but your physiotherapy bills can be used to claim reimbursement later from your insurer or convention.
