Daniela Antunes is a physiotherapist and osteopath, basing her practice on a holistic approach with the aim of promoting the health, well-being and quality of life of her patients.

Training and Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy by Atlântica University (completed in 2015)
• Diploma in Osteopathy from the Madrid School of Osteopathy (completed 2023)

Professional Experience

With over five years' experience, Elena has worked closely with osteopaths and physiotherapists, providing a multidisciplinary and personalised approach.
Over the last few years, he has treated people with a diverse range of conditions, from chronic illnesses and persistent pain to sports and specific injuries, such as ligament ruptures, hip bursitis and shoulder impingement syndrome.

Its aim is to awaken curiosity about the body, encourage autonomy and cultivate a conscious relationship with movement, always with a focus on long-term health and overall well-being.
