Cancellation policy and Refunds

1. The cancellation of the Query
Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with a notice of at least 24 hours. If the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the value of this query.

2. Refunds
Don't make refunds in the consultations that we have made. However, in the case of pre-payment and cancellation policy within 24 hours, you will be issued a full refund or be offered the option to reschedule your appointment.

3. The faults of the Show
If a patient does not show up at the query, and there is a cancellation notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. Exceptions may be considered in case of an emergency or unforeseen and duly justified.

4. Consultation in Home
For cancellation of a query to the household shall be subject to the same policy, 24 hours a day. If, however, a shift has been made, you will be charged a flat rate of movement, even if the query is canceled.

Bookings can be made via the contact form on our website, via, WhatsApp or via e-mail to info@osteosalvador.pt. We recommend that you include all the relevant information about your condition, so that we can refer you to the appropriate professional.

2. Confirmation of Appointments
After the tagging, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail or WhatsApp. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us and we will ensure that the call has been recorded.

3. Opening hours

  • Monday-Thursday: 9 a.m. to 20
  • Friday: 9 am to 18 pm
  • Consultations in the home are subject to availability.

4. Change and Cancellation of Appointments
